Frequently Asked Questions
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated when you check out. As a rough guide, delivery charges start at 95p for our bereavement cards and go up to £14.95 for the heavier items like our coffins and stone memorials.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. The coffins we realise that you need them immediately and if we receive your order before 11am we can usually get these to you by the next working day.
For personalised items and hand-made to order like some of our jewellery range, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery.
For deliveries overseas, you should allow longer for your order to arrive. For destinations outside of the UK we can track your order for an extra cost of £10.00. If you want us to do this, please let us know when you place your order. Please note that deliveries to Eire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands may be subject to addition delivery charges.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Our payment service PayPal and Google provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. Click here to read our safety statement.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes you are welcome to place your order via the phone however I’m afraid we don’t take payments over the phone so you would need to send a cheque or postal order.
Can I talk to someone about my pet passing away?
The Pet Bereavement Support Service offers a free helpline or email service where you can talk to a trained advisor. You can call the helpline 7 days a week between 8.30am to 8.30pm on 0800 096 6606 or alternatively you can email pbssmail@bluecross.org.uk.
